HOW DO I MAKE THE RESERVATION?
The reservation is made with our Booking system with the calendar of available days and sessions.
- In the “Reserve” section you will find all the activities you can do, select the one you like most and you will access its calendar, thus being able to choose the date and time of the game. If you hover the mouse over your preferred date you will see the times available for the room on this day. Once you have decided, click on the date and you will see the available times. Fill in the questions appearing on the right hand side of the calendar so that we have more information about your reservation and click the “Add to cart” button.
- Once the desired session has been selected, you will see a reservation summary. To complete the reservation process click on the Pay button or if you want to select more than one session, click the “Continue shopping” button on the upper part of the page.
- Once the day and time has been selected, and the reservation process has been completed, you have to introduce your data into our system and choose your payment method. Your data will be protected by Spanish Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data.
CAN I PAY WITH CASH?
Yes, if it is a Last Minute (reservation made 2 hours before starting). To confirm the reservation you should call +34 644 617 191 (from 10.00 AM to 9.00 PM) with a minimum of 2 hours before the starting time. If any problem/error occurs with the page for any reason and makes it impossible to pay, you may pay in cash on the day before the game starts. But the price has to be exact, because we usually do not accept cash and we may not have change.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION?
- Three days before he date and time of the game: we give you your money back.
- Two days before the date and time of the game: Unfortunately we can’t you your money back. But we do give you the opportunity to choose another date and time, if you inform us by e-mail email@example.com.
- Same day (24h): unfortunately if you cancel on the same day we can’t give you your money back or offer you another session.
If due to reasons not pertaining to Clue Hunter (lack of electricity, server failures, etc.) the services cannot be offered, Clue Hunter will contact the people involved and we will look at alternatives to change reservations, cancel them or give you your money back.
HOW DO I CANCEL A RESERVATION?
Contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and state the date and time of you reservation, together with your name, ID reservation code and checking account to return the money. You can also do so by calling +34 644 617 191 (from 10.00 AM to 9.00 PM) and we will do the cancellation for you.
CAN WE PARTICIPATE IF OUR GROUP IS OVER 5 PERSONS?
Sure, you can play with up to 10 people at once, as we have 2 escape rooms you can access at the same time. But there is a maximum of 5 per room.
IF THERE IS JUST TWO OF US, CAN WE PLAY?
Why not! The game becomes a bit harder, but if you dare to do so you can also play in couples. In this case we recommend you to tell us so that we can fit the game level to make a perfec experience for you.
ULTIMATELY THERE’S MORE OF US THAN WHAT I HAD WRITTEN IN THE RESERVATION, CAN WE PLAY?
Sure you can, there can be a total of 5 of you at a time, no problem. The game is designed for groups from 2 to 5. If there is more than 5 people, some of you will not be able to play unless there is another room available, in which case you can distribute yourself between them, paying for the second room before starting.
I NEED AN INVOICE, HOW DO I GET IT?
You can receive your invoice by contacting us using the email email@example.com and stating your reservation number, date and time, together with the data necessary for the invoice (Name, CIF, Address, etc.). You can get it on the day of the session or we can send it to you by email in PDF format.
I HAVE A CODE FOR ONE OF YOU ADVENTURES, HOW CAN I USE IT?
If you have a discount voucher or gift code, you can use it on our page when making the reservation. On the last page right before introducing our data and payment method, you will find the section “Promotional code”. Input the code and the discount will be applied instantly. Remember that the promotional codes have a specific validity and will expire within the period specified by Clue Hunter, which is usually no longer than 6 months.
I WANT TO GIVE A GIFT CLUE HUNTER GAME SESSION. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Contact us sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +34 644 617 191 (from 10.00 AM to 9.00 PM) and we will send you an email with all the information and steps to be taken. Or enter the Gift card section where you can easily make the purchase.
WHAT IF WE ARRIVE LATE? CAN WE PLAY?
It depends on how late you arrive, if you are less than 15 minutes late, the game is done all the same, no problem. If you arrive later than that, the game cannot be started, and unfortunately, in this case, the rate cannot be refunded. To avoid this type of inconvenience, we recommend you to come in public transport, walk or with spare time to find parking spaces.
WE CAN’T MAKE A RESERVATION ONLINE, WHY?
Machines sometimes fail too… The possible online failures are usually due to the server, wait a few minutes and try again. It may also happen that we have interrupted online access, at any time and without prior notice, when this is necessary for technical, safety, control or maintenance reasons.
